19:00 – 21:00 Reception to mark the launch of the international office of the
Dignitatis Humanae Institute in Rome
Each module lasted 40 minutes. During the first 15 minutes the speaker provided the keynote speech, followed by a special rapporteur for 5 minutes, and ended with a question and answers session for the final 20 minutes (to encourage debate and participation). There was a short coffee break after each module.
